Architecture and Material In the framework of summer with the Kinderfreunde, holiday action 2014 (for 6 to 10 year olds) Location: Architekturzentrum Wien Workshop: 21 July 2014 - 25 July 2014 Opening Hours: daily 8am - 5pm Tickets: EUR 195.- How do we build huge domes, long bridges or big theatre auditoriums? In winter, can a house without heating still be comfortably warm? How does one build with earth and can this material really stand up to the weather? For a week we experiment with different kinds of building materials, look at the questions of sustainable architecture and build for all we are worth.
