Archikids: Shown in the Right Light
How does architecture arrive on a photograph? (ages 6–12)

Location: Architekturzentrum Wien
Workshop: Saturday 12 September 2009, 3pm
Tickets: EUR 3,50 / admission free for small partner

What do birds and frogs have to do with architecture? How do buildings get into newspapers? What is positive or negative in a photo? Perspective, lighting and composition shine the right light on a building, and can even make a model look life-size. We take a closer look at a camera with the architecture photographer Pez Hejduk, and afterwards we take photos like a photographer. We learn how to work in a studio and what to watch for when taking photographs outdoors.

Reservations: 01-522 31 15 or office@azw.at
