Pre-scientific Work (VWA) For the Pre-Scientific Work in the matriculation examination, the Architekturzentrum Wien offers assistance in research and finding topics for pupils who want to make Architecture the subject of their VWA. Finding Topics: The Architekturzentrum Wien’s Education Team helps to define the issues involved, adding depth of analysis, providing supervision and acting in an advisory capacity. Research: The public reading library is one of the key services provided by the Az W. The continually growing stock of the Architekturzentrum Wien Library currently includes around 32,000 titles: architecture biographies, exhibition catalogues and publications on architecture, of which 13,400 are books and 18,600 are magazines and journals.
