1919–1923 attended grammar school at the Cistercian College, Mehrerau on the Lake of Constance
1923–1927 state vocational college, Innsbruck
1927–1930 studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, under Clemens Holzmeister (Hansen Award, Meisterschule Prize)
1930–1934 worked at the office of Ernst Lichtblau
1932–1936 worked at the office of Clemens Holzmeister, also freelance work in collaboration with Paul Wörle and Max Fellerer
1934–1957 office cooperative with Max Fellerer
from 1935 member of the Zentralvereinigung der Architekten Österreichs
1942–1945 conscripted to work at Flugmotorenwerke Ostmark and at Flugzeugwer Henkel
1942 death of his brother, Paul Wörle
1945–1957 reopening of the office partnership with Fellerer
from 1957 opened his own office in Vienna following the death of Max Fellerer
1956 City of Vienna Architecture Prize
from 1961 president of the Ingenieurkammer (chamber of civil engineers), president of the Zentralvereinigung der Architekten Österreichs
