Somebody working in location and project development is automatically involved with architecture. The task of the Wiener Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft is to develop and build sustainable real estate taking the existing environment into consideration to the greatest possible extent — always with strengthening Vienna as a business location in the background. Good architecture is a key ingredient for the success of this work.
The ARCHITECTURE LOUNGE provides us with a valuable opportunity to exchange with all of those involved from the fields of art, culture, business and politics. Good solutions are only produced by swapping ideas and discussion. The Az W has created the right platform for achieving this.
