The BIG is a state-run enterprise with a clear commercial mandate, while also being aware of its social responsibilities. The latter include the sensitive handling of historical substance, the conservation of the value of the real estate, and tailor-made targeted additions, new buildings and extensions to existing ones. One of the premises for all BIG projects is the dialogue between functionality, financial feasibility and all-round architectural quality and quality construction. The basis for this is an ongoing dialectic dialogue, i.e. continual interaction with all of the proponents of this course. The ARCHITECTURE LOUNGE at the Az W provides a perfect framework for this.
