Educational Facilities

In order to work as a designing architect, there are various types of education available. Most attend the Staatsgewerbeschule followed by technical college and followed by at least one course of studies at the Academy of Fine Arts. Some of the students also attended the Kunstgewerbeschule (now the University of Applied Arts) or the so-called Loosschule.
The educational facilities have been regularly renamed in the course of their existence. In the entries to the various dictionaries and encyclopaedias they are usually named with the contemporaneous term in general use. The variations in name will be provided in detail in the 'History of the Educational Facilities'.
